Need to make an Exchange?
No worries! You have a comfortable window of 3 days from the date your items are received to initiate an exchange. To get the ball rolling, simply drop us an email to start the exchange process. We're here to help make it as smooth and hassle-free as possible
We will accept exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders exchanged without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the package to be exchanged to process.
- We will email you after exchange has been processed to confirm what has been done.
